Software licence

US$9.99 once, plus applicable tax shown at checkout, unlocks Roast Group + Couple: up to nine eligible categories and 1080 × 1920 PNG cards. Results depend on the file. No subscription, generative AI or human-made service. This is separate from the US$3.99 Awards licence. One imported card and synthetic examples can be previewed free.

Privacy and retention

Chat files, names, raw text, calculations and cards stay on your device. No chat is uploaded. Our server uses the order email and licence to verify the product, paid transaction and refund status. Recovery stores a keyed lookup and an encrypted minimal purchase reference while this edition is supported. Confirmed refunds and verified deletion requests remove that mapping. Pending checkout references are also encrypted. Access cookies last 30 days; a valid purchase can be restored. Short-lived abuse controls use keyed digests. Payment providers retain their own legally required records.

Friendly use

Ask participants before sharing. Cards use anonymous labels and no raw quotations. Do not use this for harassment, monitoring, sensitive profiling or relationship judgments. Couple mode requires exactly two participants.

Refunds

For duplicate charges, inaccessible software or defective delivery, contact support@kiteboxstudio.com with the order reference. We will investigate and provide an appropriate fix or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Confirmed refunds disable subsequent paid access and recovery. Already downloaded files cannot be remotely erased.
